The present invention relates to a method for detecting food poisoning bacteria using a gene differentiation chip and a primer and, more specifically, to a method for detecting food poisoning bacteria using a gene differentiation chip and a primer to accurately and quickly differentiate genes. According to the present invention, the method for detecting food poisoning bacteria using the gene differentiation chip and the primer comprises: a) a step of extracting a gene to be analyzed; b) a step of injecting a sample containing the gene into the gene differentiation chip; c) a step of amplifying the gene contained in the sample by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using at least one primer pair selected from the group consisting of primers including the base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 26; d) a step of mixing the amplified gene and a signaling material to form a mixed material; e) a step of measuring a current amount of the mixed material; and f) a step of analyzing the measured current amount to differentiate the gene.
