The present invention relates to a hospital management consulting service providing system. The hospital management consulting service providing system comprises: a membership joining module receiving consultant information from a consultant, receiving hospital information from the hospital, and registering the consultant and the hospital; a contract conclusion management module identifying whether a consulting contract between the consultant and the hospital is concluded, a contract content, and a contract period; a medical treatment management module receiving and managing medical treatment information including medical treatment departments, medical treatment content, medical treatment time and the job analysis from the consultant; a policy management module receiving policy information including vision and core values of the hospital from the consultant; a CS management module receiving customer service (CS) information including facility use and customer service status of the hospital from the consultant; a consulting management interface including a marketing management module receiving marketing information including a marketing product, a forecasted profit, a marketing goal, and a marketing performance result of the hospital from the consultant; and a consulting providing module providing the hospital with the received medical treatment information, the policy information, the CS information, and the marketing information.
