The present invention relates to a composition for treating, alleviating or preventing neuropathic pain, which comprises at least one of saikosaponin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a citric acid extract as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention has excellent therapeutic, prophylactic and palliative efficacy against neuropathic pain by inhibiting TRPA1 activity.
