The present invention provides a glutaraldehyde inhibitor comprising an amino acid mixture of glycine, histidine, and lysine, a method for inhibiting the activity of glutaraldehyde using the same, and a method for a crosslinking biomaterial using the same. The glutaraldehyde inhibitor, the method for inhibiting the activity of glutaraldehyde using the same, and the method for the crosslinking biomaterial using the same will contribute to improve the utilization of glutaraldehyde in various fields such as an atomic force microscope, a scanning electron microscope, a transmission electron microscope and the like.
