Active microbial-plant amino acid complex, useful as skin care products e.g. cleaning agents, comprises vitamin C, vitamin E, polysaccharides, lactic acid and amino acid mixture comprising e.g. aspartic acid, glutamic acid
Active microbial-plant amino acid complex (I) comprises: vitamin C (1.48 mg/100 ml); vitamin E (1.48 mg/100 ml); polysaccharides (0.01%); lactic acid (13 mg/ml); and an amino acid mixture comprising e.g. aspartic acid (less than 1.9 mu g/ml), glutamic acid (less than 1.8 mu g/ml), serine (less than 0.5 mu g/ml), histidine (less than 1.6 mu g/ml), glycine (0.78 mu g/ml), threonine (1.35 mu g/ml), arginine (3.99 mu g/ml), alanine (less than 0.6 mu g/ml), tyrosine (less than 1.2 mu g/ml), valine (0.53 mu g/ml) and methionine (less than 0.7 mu g/ml). Active microbial-plant amino acid complex (I) comprises: vitamin C (1.48 mg/100 ml); vitamin E (1.48 mg/100 ml); polysaccharides (0.01%); lactic acid (13 mg/ml); and an amino acid mixture comprising aspartic acid (less than 1.9 mu g/ml), glutamic acid (less than 1.8 mu g/ml), serine (less than 0.5 mu g/ml), histidine (less than 1.6 mu g/ml), glycine (0.78 mu g/ml), threonine (1.35 mu g/ml), arginine (3.99 mu g/ml), alanine (less than 0.6 mu g/ml), tyrosine (less than 1.2 mu g/ml), valine (0.53 mu g/ml), methionine (less than 0.7 mu g/ml), phenylalanine (less than 0.8 mu g/ml), isoleucine (0.83 mu g/ml), leucine (less than 0.6 mu g/ml), lysine (less than 2 mu g/ml) and proline (less than 0.7 mu g/ml), where the composition has super oxide dismutase activity of 86.2 U/ml. An independent claim is included for preparing (I) comprising: activating lactic acid bacteria, yeasts and actinomycetes, inoculating in the appropriate growth medium and incubating at 35-40[deg] C for 3-4 days; mixing the lactic acid bacteria, yeasts and actinomycetes in the ratio of 1:1:1; adding the obtained complex of microorganisms in the culture medium in the ratio of 1:1100 and cultivating at 35-40[deg] C with the nutrient medium in a sealed tank under anaerobic conditions for 25-40 days; releasing the produced carbon dioxide gas when the pressure rises and the pH value is lower than 4; and filtering the nutrient solution through filter membranes.
