The present invention relates to liver fibrosis induction vector, and a method for producing an animal model using the same. According to the present invention, by treating tamoxifen at a certain point in time, a Cas9-ERT2 protein complex can be transferred from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, and the protein complex, which has migrated into the nucleus, can transform a specific DNA more precisely at a desired point using a guide RNA (gRNA). In particular, treatment of tamoxifen to the Cas9-ERT2 complex fused with the gRNA of the hepatic fibrosis inhibitor gene called TIF1 gamma, and hepatic stellate cell-specific promoter can induce liver fibrosis through knockout of the TIF1 gamma gene. TIF1 gamma is a very important factor in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis or cirrhosis. Therefore, the present invention can be used to develop a technique for analyzing liver fibrosis disease. Furthermore, the present invention can be used in clinical studies such as candidate drug screening for liver fibrosis treatment and can also be used for identifying new proteins which may be targets of new drug development.
