Because the plasmid vector has an antibiotic resistance gene marker which can be continuously expressed in addition to the ampicillin resistance gene, antibiotics can be firstly screened for transformants, and secondarily, an artificial gene synthesized not to have the frameshift mutation and the ampicillin resistance gene can be screened through the expression of the ampicillin resistance gene. Wherein, the ampicillin resistance gene can be expressed in association with the synthesized artificial gene by removing initiation codon.
