The present invention relates to a transfer substrate for forming an organic matter pattern of an OLED, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for forming an organic material pattern of an OLED. A method for forming a reverse microchannel for capillary-induced transfer comprises the steps of: preparing a base substrate; burying and forming a microchannel in the prepared base substrate; forming a photothermal conversion layer on the base substrate along a surface of the base substrate on which the microchannel is formed; and removing the remaining photothermal conversion layer except for a part of the photothermal conversion layer located on the surface of a part where the microchannel is formed in the base substrate.
