The present invention provides an agricultural and marine product roasting and drying apparatus using bidirectional far-infrared radiation heat, capable of more effectively roasting or drying agricultural and marine products by emitting far-infrared radiation heat generated through far-infrared generation units installed in both upward and downward directions of a mesh conveyor, while maximizing the marketability of roasted or dried food by sterilizing the food as well as roasting or drying the food. The present invention includes: a caterpillar mesh conveyor assembled by using a mesh belt assembled with front and rear chains wound on front and rear interlocking sprockets and front and rear operating sprockets; far-infrared generating units (200) installed in the upper and lower parts of the mesh conveyor; and an electric heater installed in the lower part of the upper far-infrared generating unit. The far-infrared generating units comprise: a square mold welded in a frame; and a plurality of red clay blocks stored on the square mold. Thus, the far-infrared generating units are heated through the electric heater to roast or dry agricultural and marine products on the mesh belt by bidirectionally radiating far-infrared radiation heat to the products.
