Disclosed are an integrated microdevice for DNA purification and amplification, and a DNA purification and amplification method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated microdevice comprises: a substrate unit which is formed by a thermoplastic plastic upper substrate and a lower substrate, and includes a single microchannel in which a microfluid can flow; an inlet tube which is connected to an inlet of the microchannel to introduce the microfluid therein; and an outlet tube which is connected to an outlet of the single microchannel to discharge the microfluid to the outside of the microchannel. While a cell extract is introduced into the microchannel through the inlet tube and retains therein for a predetermined time, the surface of the microchannel is converted to show a positive charge with respect to a positive ion inside the cell extract, the DNA inside the cell extract adsorbs to the surface of the microchannel, thereby carrying out the DNA purification.
