The present invention relates to a resistive-switchable material. The resistive-switchable material comprises: an insulating support; and a complementary resistive-switchable filler dispersed in the insulating support. The complementary resistive-switchable filler has a spherical core shell structure including a spherical conductive core including a conductive material and an insulating layer shell formed on a surface of the core and including an insulating material. Accordingly, since a uniform filament current path symmetrical to each resistance layer adjacent to two electrodes around the conductive core of the complementary resistive-switchable filler is generated by electric field control effect by the spherical complementary resistive-switchable filler, the complementary resistive-switchable characteristics with increased reliability and stability may be implemented.
