The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lightweight multilayer sandwich structure using a co-extrusion method and a lightweight multilayer sandwich structure manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of mass-producing a lightweight multilayer sandwich structure having a foam layer therein in a short time, through a single process using a co-extrusion method, so as to replace an existing manufacturing method of a lightweight sandwich structure which stacks separately manufactured sheets through lamination using an adhesive.
