The present invention relates to a siloxane oligomer obtained by reacting two kinds of different siloxane monomers with an organic metal, a manufacturing method thereof, a hard coating compostiton containing the siloxane oligomer, a hard coating film, which are cured products of hard coating compositions, and a display device. The hard coating film made of the cured products of the siloxane oligomer according to the present invention has excellent physical properties such as scratch resistance and the like. Therefore, the hard coat film derived from the siloxane oligomer according to the present invention can be used as an optical film, for example, a window film such as cover window to realize a display device having excellent physical properties.
