The present invention relates to: a siloxane oligomer obtained by conducting a reaction of two kinds of different siloxane monomers with an organic metal; a manufacturing method thereof; a hard coating composition containing the siloxane oligomer; a hard coating film, which is a cured product of the hard coating composition; and a display device. The hard coating film made of the cured product of the siloxane oligomer according to the present invention has excellent physical properties such as scratch resistance and the like. Therefore, the hard coating film derived from the siloxane oligomer according to the present invention can be used as an optical film, for example, a window film such as cover window to realize the display device having excellent physical properties.
