According to the present invention, provided is a method for providing melody recording based on a user′s humming melody, including the steps of: displaying a recording button for starting the recording of the user′s humming melody; and measuring a pitch of a sound changed according to a time based on the user′s humming melody and displaying the change of the pitch in real time. A region in which the change of the pitch is displayed includes at least a part of a left region of a screen of a user device. Accordingly, the present invention enables ordinary people without expert knowledge to easily write natural music.
