The present invention relates to a medicinal herb composition for treatment of anticancer drug-induced peripheral neuropathy, and more specifically, to a medicinal herb composition for treatment of anticancer drug-induced peripheral neuropathy without side effects. The present invention provides the medicinal herb composition for the treatment of the peripheral neuropathy caused by the anticancer drugs extracted by mixing ginseng, Paeonia lactiflora, Ostrea gigas and Angelica gigas. In addition, the present invention also provides the medicinal herb composition for treatment of anticancer drug-induced peripheral neuropathy, which is obtained by mixing and extracting 150 to 230 parts by weight of the Paeonia lactiflora, 180 to 250 parts by weight of the Ostrea gigas and 150 to 230 parts by weight of the Angelica gigas with 100 parts by weight of the ginseng. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the medicinal composition for treatment of the anticancer drug-induced peripheral neuropathy.
