The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a laver snack, capable of removing the unique smell of laver by adding jujube and reinforcing the sweet taste, and a laver snack manufactured by the same. The laver snack is also nutritious. The method for manufacturing a laver snack including jujube includes: a step of crushing glutinous rice in which moisture is removed after washing the glutinous rice; a step of soaking the crushed glutinous rice into the water and heating the glutinous rice for 1-100 minutes; a step of cooling glutinous rice paste made by the heating step; a step of adding the jujube and seasoning to the glutinous rice paste cooled by the cooling step; a step of applying the glutinous rice paste made by the step of adding the jujube and the seasoning, to the laver; a step of drying the laver made by the step of applying the glutinous rice paste to the laver; a step of heating the laver dried by the step of drying the laver, by oil at 150-250°C for 1-60 seconds; and a step of cutting and packing the laver by cooling the laver heated by the step of heating the laver in the oil.
