The present invention relates to a regioselective and stereoselective preparation method of an N-glycoside compound from an alkoxyallene compound using a metal catalyst. According to the present invention, the preparation method of the N-glycoside compound is capable of producing, from the alkoxyallene compound in the presence of metal catalysts, diverse N-glycosides with a high yield and high optical purity by stereoselectively introducing carbon-nitrogen bonds to a desired location regardless of a type of substituents of the compounds.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
