The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nanowire-dispersed metal multilayer thin film bonding material. Provided is a method of manufacturing a bonding material in which mechanical properties such as a tensile strength, a yield strength, and toughness of a bonding part are improved by dispersion of a nanowire reinforcement inside the bonding material to suppress crack propagation in the bonding material, and is able to provide excellent mechanical reliability and a long life-cycle even when bonded at low temperatures.
