The present invention relates to a continuous circular dichroism thin film, a manufacturing method thereof and an optical device including the same which secure excellent circular dichroism. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the continuous circular dichroism thin film comprises: a chiral organic matter; and a continuous thin film which is coupled to the chiral organic matter, has an organic/inorganic hybrid compound including an inorganic matter including metal ions and halogen ions, and exhibits circular dichroism. The organic/inorganic hybrid compound has a perovskite crystal structure. The organic/inorganic hybrid compound is represented by chemical formula 1 to chemical formula 4. [Chemical formula 1] A_2MX_4 (A is the chiral organic matter. M is the metal ions. X is the halogen ions). [Chemical formula 2] AMX_3 (A is the chiral organic matter. M is the metal ions. X is the halogen ions). [Chemical formula 3] A_3BX_6 (A is the chiral organic matter. M is the metal ions. X is the halogen ions). [Chemical formula 4] A_3B_2X_7 (A is the chiral organic matter. M is the metal ions. X is the halogen ions).
