Disclosed are a system and a method for controlling charging and discharging electric vehicles in a micro grid with blockchain-based energy trading. In particular, the method for controlling charging and discharging electric vehicles comprises the steps of: once a first electric vehicle is connected to an electric vehicle station, generating energy trading request information of the first electric vehicle on the basis of battery information and driving information of the first electric vehicle; trading virtual money with a second electric vehicle which is matched in energy trading through the electric vehicle station according to the energy trading request information of the first electric vehicle; according to the content of the energy trading, charging the first electric vehicle with energy discharged by the second electric vehicle, or discharging, from the first electric vehicle to the electric vehicle station, energy for charging the second electric vehicle; and sending a trading statement of the virtual money and an energy charging-discharging statement to all electric vehicles connected to the electric vehicle station and the electric vehicle station, to be approved, wherein the second electric vehicle can be one of a plurality of electric vehicles that has been connected to the electric vehicle station before the first electric vehicle is connected to the electric vehicle station.
