The present invention relates to a compound for a photoactive layer additive represented by following structural formula 1: Ar_1-Y-Ar_2. According to the present invention, a pentafluorobenzene-based additive capable of molecular-interacting with an electron acceptor polymer and an electron donor polymer is prepared, and a photoactive layer of an organic solar cell having a uniform morphology without large phase separation can be formed by using the same. In addition, the polymer-polymer photoactive layer containing the pentafluorobenzene-based additive controls the orientation and crystallinity of the polymer for efficient charge extraction and charge transfer between the electron acceptor polymer and the electron donor polymer, thereby implementing polymer-polymer solar cells with excellent photoelectric properties.
