The present invention relates to an apparatus to control gasoline supply for a natural gas-gasoline bi-fuel vehicle, capable of improving mileage of gasoline, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control gasoline supply for a natural gas-gasoline bi-fuel vehicle comprises: a temperature detection unit to detect the mobile phone of a high pressure side gasoline line for supplying gasoline of the natural gas-gasoline bi-fuel vehicle; a pressure detection unit to detect the pressure of the high pressure side gasoline line; and a control unit. When there is a fuel change request for using the gasoline during use of natural gas in the bi-fuel vehicle, the control unit predicts whether the high pressure side gasoline is in a vapor lock state based on the detected temperature and pressure. When the vapor lock state is predicted, the control unit performs a control operation for releasing the vapor lock state in a state of continuously using the natural gas without promptly changing the fuel. When the vapor lock state is released, the control unit changes the fuel into the gasoline from the natural gas in response to the fuel change request.
