The present invention relates to a method for producing useful materials derived from cordyceps, which maximizes the productivity of the useful materials under a condition involving specific submerged culture of cordyceps, and significantly improves the efficacy of the useful materials through a glycoside decomposing step. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a culture medium in a short period of time by culturing the cordyceps in the form of homogenized mycelium under specific conditions, and after a step of selecting an optimal enzyme capable of degrading the glycoside and immobilizing the enzyme on a carrier, it is possible to obtain the useful materials having remarkably improved antioxidation, anti-aging, and collagenase inhibitory activity with high productivity through a fermentation process, thereby being useful as raw materials for natural cosmetics.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
