Provided are a biomembrane, a closed structure or a cellular compartment with characteristics of the biomembrane, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: (1) a step of obtaining biological cells from natural tissues or natural biological species; (2) a step of culturing the cells in the step (1) in a large volume in an adequate environment; and (3) a step of obtaining various biomembranes or a mixture belonging to the present invention through separation and purification of different methods after obtaining a lysed solution of the cells in the step (2). Methods for obtaining the biomembrane in vitro include a differential centrifugation method, a dense gradient centrifugation method, and a two-phase extraction method. A procedure for extracting the biomembrane and the closure structure or the cellular compartment with the characteristics of the biomembrane is performed by using the methods solely or in a pair of two or three. The membrane as the natural biomembrane and the closed structure and the cellular compartment with the characteristics of the biomembrane are used to package active ingredients in various fields.
