To provide a method of preparing a biomembrane, a closed structure with biomembrane characteristics, or a cellular compartment.SOLUTION: A method of preparing a biomembrane, a closed structure with biomembrane characteristics, or a cellular compartment, comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring biological cells from natural tissues or natural biological species; 2) culturing the cells described in step 1) massively in an appropriate environment; 3) acquiring lysates of the cells described in step 2), and extracting a desired biomembrane or a closed structure with desired biomembrane characteristics and a cellular compartment using an extraction method employing differential centrifugation, an extraction method employing density gradient centrifugation, or a dual-phase extraction method individually, or a combination of two methods or a combination of three methods thereof. Also disclosed is a method of application in which the described membrane, namely a biomembrane from natural sources, a closed structure with biomembrane characteristics and a cellular compartment, is packaged with active ingredients in various fields.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
