The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the pediatric gastroenterology.Summary of the invention consists in that for diagnostics of the lipometabolism state and of the cellular biomembrane function there are collected and prepared saliva samples, wherein it is photometrically determined the level of cholesterin and phospholipides.
