The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a photo album cover having a decoration panel and a photo album cover having a decoration panel manufactured thereby, wherein the cover comprises a reinforcement plate arranged therein, and an outer cover covering the outside of the reinforcement plate to envelope and protect inner sheets on which photos are printed. The cover comprises: an upper cover and a lower cover protecting the upper part and the lower part of the inner sheets; a back cover connecting the upper cover and the lower cover, and protecting the back part of the inner sheets; a jacket connected from the lower cover in order to envelop the abdomen of the photo album, and to cover a part of the upper cover; and a decoration panel which corresponds to the shape of the cover on the outer circumference of the upper cover and decorates the front surface thereof.
