The present invention relates to a three-dimensional vacuum deposition printer system of a new structure, which is capable of manufacturing a composite material, and a 2D-3D composite material manufactured by the system. The three-dimensional vacuum deposition printer system of the present invention comprises: a main body having an inner space of a vacuum state; a 3D printing module; a vacuum deposition module formed in another upper region of the main body; and a stage module installed at a lower portion of the main body in a movable structure.
