The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for a tuberculosis vaccine having enhanced immune effects. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pharmaceutical composition for the tuberculosis vaccine having enhanced immune effects containing a co-culture, obtained by co-culturing mycobacterium bovis BCG and mesenchymal stem cells as an active component. The present invention uses the co-culture of mycobacterium bovis BCG, known as a general tuberculosis vaccine, and mesenchymal stem cells by vaccination, thereby being able to effectively prevent or delay an outbreak of tuberculosis by significantly improving a tuberculosis defense function rather than using the mycobacterium bovis BCG alone.
