The present invention provides a stem cell-derived exosome and/or an extracellular endoplasmic reticulum, and a pharmaceutical composition containing at least one type selected from a group consisting of fractions containing the stem cell-derived exosome and/or the extracellular endoplasmic reticulum for preventing, relieving, alleviating, or treating non-alcoholic simple steatosis or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
