Provided are an apparatus and a method for calculating an underground storage amount of carbon dioxide, and a recording medium for performing the method. The disclosed method is performed in a device including a processor, is a carbon dioxide underground storing amount calculation method for storing carbon dioxide underground, and comprises: a step of calculating a capillary number which represents a ratio of viscosity of an underground medium and capillary pressure of the underground medium; a step of calculating a bond number which indicates a ratio of gravity and viscosity of the underground medium; and a step of calculating a carbon dioxide underground storage amount by using the capillary number, the bond number, and relative permeability of carbon dioxide in a normal flow state of the underground medium.
