The present invention relates to a treating device head structure capable of performing interferential current therapy and laser therapy, and a composite treating apparatus having the same. Medium frequency interferential current therapy widely used as physical therapy, and low level laser light source therapy for alleviating skin rash, inflammation, and swelling after liposuction or a cosmetic surgery can be performed by one tool. Composite functions are included in one tool, and thus economic feasibility and product competitiveness can be secured. According to the present invention, provided is a structure for interferential current therapy and laser therapy, wherein the structure comprises: a body; an interferential current treatment module which is formed on the body and generates an interferential current; and a laser treatment module which is formed on the body and outputs a treatment laser. Moreover, provided is a composite treatment device including the structure.
