Cooling water overboard method and its overboard pipeline structure

Provided are a ship coolant overboard method and the overboard pipeline structure for coolant discharge position change in accordance with a ship′s wall docking direction and easy discharge, including a step of providing a discharge pipeline for coolant overboard line coolant discharge as a starboard discharge pipeline and a port discharge pipeline each including an opening and closing valve; a step of selecting the discharge pipeline of the port or the starboard on the side opposite to a tug during wall docking of the ship by the tug for coolant discharge at each discharge pipeline; and a step of discharging the coolant by opening the opening and closing valve of the discharge pipeline of the selected port or starboard. According to the present invention, every problem related to the discharge pipeline of the overboard line provided on one side of a ship can be addressed and wall docking can be expedited and facilitated.
