The present invention relates to: a composition for maintaining and improving female genital health, which is capable of preventing and alleviating various symptoms of female vaginitis and reducing menstrual pain, menstrual irregularities, and percutaneous toxicity caused by use of sanitary pads; and a product comprising the composition.
