The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pine needle bread and the pine needle bread manufactured by using the same, and more particularly, to a confectionery and bakery technique for manufacturing dough using pine needles and heating the same for processing. The present invention can improve quality and palatability of the pine needle bread by using pine needles, known to benefit a human body, with factors that deteriorate the quality and palatability eliminated, in manufacturing the pine needle bread.
