The present invention relates to a heat exchanger using flash evaporation, comprising: a first plate; and a second plate disposed on an upper side or a lower side of the first plate and having a heat transfer medium flow path through which a heat transfer medium passes. Moreover, the first plate comprises: a first heating flow path in which a heated liquid, receiving heat from the heat transfer medium, is phase-changed into a saturated liquid by single-phase heat exchange while passing through the first heating flow path; a flash evaporation flow path connected to the first heating flow path and allowing the saturated liquid receiving heat from the heat transfer medium to be phase-changed into saturated gas by flash evaporation in accordance with pressure reduction while passing through the flash evaporation flow path; and a second heating flow path connected to the flash evaporation flow path and allowing the saturated gas receiving heat from the heat transfer medium to be heated and discharged by the single-phase heat exchange while passing through the second heating flow path.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
