The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a selective reduction catalyst with excellent activity in low temperature and the selective reduction catalyst manufactured by the same, wherein the method for manufacturing the selective reduction catalyst comprises steps of: injecting a binder and mixing the same in an aqueous solution; adjusting pH to 4-7 after stirring the same; adding a transition metal-zeolite and mixing the same; adding cellulose and a wetting agent to a slurry solution containing zeolite and mixing the same; coating the manufactured solution to a cordierite carrier; and drying and firing the same. According to the present invention, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst of the present invention exhibits excellent NO_x removal efficiency at low temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
