The present invention provides a biomarker for detecting mature dendritic cells, a composition for detecting mature dendritic cells using the same, a composition for controlling the differentiation of immature dendritic cells, a method for producing a dendritic cell therapeutic agent, and a method for producing immune tolerogenic dendritic cells. Accordingly, mature dendritic cells can be specifically detected, and mature dendritic cells or immune tolerogenic dendritic cells can be produced by controlling the differentiation of mature dendritic cells. Also, the mature dendritic cells and immune tolerogenic dendritic cells produced thereby can be used as cancer immunotherapy agents or therapeutic agents for autoimmune diseases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
