Biomarker for detecting mature dendritic cell and use thereof

A biomarker for detecting mature dendritic cells, a composition for detecting mature dendritic cells using the same, a composition for controlling differentiation of immature dendritic cells, a method for preparing a therapeutic agent for dendritic cells, and a method for preparing a dendritic cell for immune tolerance are provided. According to this, mature dendritic cells can be specifically detected, and mature dendritic cells or immune tolerant dendritic cells can be prepared by controlling the differentiation of mature dendritic cells. In addition, the mature dendritic cells and immune-tolerant dendritic cells produced thereby can be used as cancer immunotherapy or autoimmune therapy.
