The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and the like for preventing or treating skin diseases containing a material which is specifically bonded to a peptide of sequence number 1. The material which is specifically bonded to the peptide of sequence number 1 according to the present invention, specifically, an antibody which is specifically bonded to the peptide of sequence number 1 or a binding fragment of the peptide, can be applied to skin diseases expressing the peptide of sequence number 1 to effectively prevent and treat the skin diseases, and thus can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for various skin diseases for which a specific cause has yet to be discovered.
