METHOD FOR EVALUATING RESIDUAL SOLVENT OF POLYMER FILM

The present invention provides a method for evaluating a residual solvent of a polymer film, which can classify levels for content of a residual solvent affecting durability of the polymer film on the basis of a residual solvent score (RS-Score), a resulting value calculated by using formula 1, RS-Score = c_1[log(c_2Mi)+log(c_3Ni)], based on factors including calories for rising temperature, required calories, and vapor pressure of a mixed solvent. Such evaluating method can predict the content of a residual solvent without direct analysis of a residual solvent amount of a polymer film manufactured by a mixed solvent having various composition ratios when developing an optimum composition ratio for the mixed solvent used in the polymer film, thereby saving time and costs required for developing an optimum mixed solvent.
