The present invention relates to an immunoprecipitation method using an antibody precipitant comprising a protein whose solubility varies with temperature. Unlike conventional experimental processes of immunoprecipitation, the immunoprecipitation method of the present invention using the protein whose solubility varies with temperature is easy to detect a subject of analysis and has a large amount of antigen-antibody complexes to be detected, which is advantageous for subsequent experiments, and is more economically feasible than conventional immunoprecipitation using agarose.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
