The present invention relates to a shoulder joint tracker, which comprises: a gravity compensating spring for compensating for the gravitational force of the trainee′s vertical movement of a shoulder joint, the weight of the arms, the weight of a rehabilitation exercise device attached to the arms; and a shoulder joint tracking device installed on one side of a shoulder rehabilitation device and connected to the gravity compensating spring, and controlling all directions of the shoulder rehabilitation device by applying a damping resistive force corresponding to a force applied by the trainee in a direction opposite to the direction in which the force is applied.
