The present invention relates to a method for producing an extract of black Platycodon grandiflorus roots, black Angelica gigas roots, and black ginger, having anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and atopic dermatitis ameliorating effects. Specifically, by providing an extract powder, which is extracted, concentrated, and dried, by steaming and drying Platycodon grandifloras roots, Angelica gigas roots, and ginger nine times respectively, the present invention removes intracellular free radicals and inhibits lipid peroxidation, lipoxygenase and hyaruronidase activities.
