The present invention relates to a thermoelectric drive assembly and a two-dimensional thermalsensation providing device including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the two-dimensional thermal sensation providing device comprises: a first substrate on which thermoelectric device groups including at least one thermoelectric element are disposed for each thermoelectric area on one side of the first substrate; a second substrate on which first and second drive control devices disposed on a side facing the one side of the first substrate corresponding to each of the thermoelectric element groups disposed for each thermoelectric area; and a drive wire disposed between the first and second substrates and electrically connecting the thermoelectric device groups and the second drive control device.
