The present invention relates to a system for estimating an angle of a target in a radar system having a plurality of reception antennas, and to a method thereof. According to the present invention, a radar DoA estimation system comprises: a target detection unit detecting a target using a signal reflected by the target; a data selection unit selecting FFT bin data corresponding to the detected target; and a target angle detection unit detecting an angle of the target using the selected FFT bin data.
