The present invention relates to a nanocomposite for drug delivery and magnetic actuation, which comprises a drug targeting nanocomposite by magnetic actuation, in which nanoparticles containing drugs and magnetic nanoparticles comprising magnetic particles are ionically bonded. According to the present invention, by manufacturing the nanocomposite having a size capable of self-controlling in a blood vessel by binding nanoparticles produced by using drugs capable of treating diseases or magnetic particles reactive to a magnetic field, it is possible to transfer the nanocomposite into microvessels around lesions by the magnetic field and be disintegrated into nanoparticles by external stimuli when reaching to microvessels, thereby having an effect of providing components of the nanocomposite capable of penetrating into microvessels having a diameter of several hundred nanometers and a method of manufacturing the same.
