An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of producing a red bean fermentation product. The method of producing a red bean fermentation product comprises the steps of: placing a red bean concentrate, wheat bran, a yeast extract, first potassium phosphate, and magnesium sulfate in a culture to prepare a mixture; inoculating the mixture with Aspergillus oryzae NK and fermenting the same to prepare a fermentation product; sterilizing the fermentation product; cooling the sterilized fermentation product to room temperature and filtering the same with a filter; and freeze-drying the filtered fermentation product to prepare culture powder.
