The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the secretion of cytokines of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), which contains substance P as an active ingredient, and a method for promoting cytokine secretion of ADSC using the same. The present invention also relates to a conditioned medium of ADSC prepared by using substance P, a method for preparing the same, and a composition for immunosuppression or angiogenesis comprising the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, since substance P effectively promotes the cytokine secretion ability of ADSC, the conditioned medium of ADSC cultured together with substance P shows excellent effects on immunosuppressive ability and angiogenesis.
